How fast is the delivery?

2 to 5 working days after your payment is received. You will be notified every step of the way and we will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Do I have the right to return (some of) the bought items?

The products can be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. The item must be repacked in its original packaging and the identification tag must still be attached to the product. You are free to try the sneakers on. We suggest that you do so indoors, on a clean surface (a rug for example). Please make sure the articles remain intact. We will proceed with your refund as soon as your return has been validated.

What is the return procedure?

You wish to return an article? It’s easy, free, and there are no documents to print. You can use the return tag from the original package.

The return process follows 4 simple steps:

1. Go to www.gurilifestyle.com

Log in to your account. Locate the « Return an article » section and select the order you wish to return. Choose the articles and fill in the reason for returning.

2. Prepare the package

Place the article in the original package and use the return tag (from the invoice) to cover the original shipping tag. Cut out the deposit slip that must be stamped by the post office.

3. Return the package

Drop your package off in a post office or a Bpost office and keep the deposit slip. The return postage will be charged to Guri Lifestyle, it is totally free for you.

4. You are refunded!

Your refund will be made within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been processed.

How and where are my Guri sneakers manufactured?

Guri sneakers are made in the southern part of Brazil, in one of the 12 factories from Latin America’s largest shoe maker. They are made by qualified workers, with an almost 50/50 male/female proportion.

How many LED colors can I choose for my Guri sneakers?

There are 7 colors and 2 LED settings. You can also wear them turned off.

How do I turn on my Guri sneakers and change the LED colors?

There is a small switch located below the first lace hole on the inside. You just have to press it to activate the LED. To turn it off, press the button after the last LED setting or press it for 2 seconds.

What is the battery life of my Guri sneakers after a full charge?

You have a 3-hour autonomy, depending on the LED setting.

How do I charge my Guri sneakers and how long is the charge cycle?

Your Guri sneakers are delivered with a USB charger. Just plug the USB connector into your cell-phone charger and the micro-USB connector into the small switches located below the first lace hole on the inside.

Tips and tricks to fully enjoy my Guri Lifestyle experience:

The LED switch is installed with double sided adhesive tape to prevent it from moving around during transport. To ensure an easy access to the switch, we recommend that you slide it underneath the laces when you wear your Guri sneakers. This will also prevent any discomfort due to a wider foot. You can leave it where it is if you feel no discomfort.
